Mango - Leading retailer or absolute fraud?

With the temperatures in Cairo dropping overnight (about time for Fall/Winter already...), and being the lazy person that I am, I needed a quick fix. Enter online shopping. Lucky for me, it was around Black Friday and lots of items on sale. 

Sadly, I made the mistake of ordering from Mango's online website. I'm generally not a big fan of high street fashion because I'd rather splurge on some quality pieces, but there were actually some nice pieces as part of their winter collection (and were on sale) - so I figured why not. Little did I know, that this would be one of the biggest mistakes I ever made! 

The delivery time on the Mango website says that it's within 5-7 working days. I placed my order on November 30, and to date, I have not received my order, nor a reply from Mango despite my numerous emails. I received an email on December 9th saying my order was dispatched, but again, up until now the tracking number does not work and the courier company says they never received the parcel from Mango.

They clearly have the worst customer support; no replied to emails, incompetent people on the phone, and no replies on social media either.

And apparently, I'm not the only one! I wish I had checked their Facebook page before placing my order, because there are dozens of comments with people reporting the same problem. No orders, no replies.

Bottom line: no matter how tempting the items look, DO NOT even think about ordering from that website. Sadly, it's absolute fraud! I've already reported the issue to ICPEN and waiting for an update.
